Please allow 1-2 business days for processing BEFORE shipment.
After the order is fulfilled & shipped out, delivery time is as follows;
Free Shipping for U.S. Orders over $120
Domestic Delivery:
Standard = 3-5 business days once processed & shipped
Expedited = 2-3 business days once processed & shipped
*Please provide an accurate and proper address. Violets Jewels will NOT be responsible for an insufficient address*
Free Shipping for International Orders over $200
International Delivery:
Standard = 12-18 business days once processed & shipped
Priority = 8-10 business days once processed & shipped- Not Available Yet**
*Violets Jewels is NOT responsible for any international customs duties / fees*
NOTE: Order processing during sale/promotions/restock/new releases may take longer due to high volume of orders.
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. Pre-shipment status does NOT mean the order has shipped. Pre-shipment means that USPS has been advised of the tracking number (mailing label) that will be used to track your parcel once shipped.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Violets Jewels is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Successfully Delivered Packages:
Violets Jewels is NOT responsible for any packages that have been successfully delivered via your courier. If there is a concern with your delivery, you must contact us by email within 7 days of your delivery. Please email contact@violetsjewels.com
NOTE: any emailed concerns regarding a successfully delivered parcel after our 7 day policy, is NOT our responsibility.
